The Challenge:
ThyssenKrupp relies on Oracle’s Hyperion® Financial Management (HFM) for group company reporting and consolidation of accounts from its subsidiary companies around the globe.
With over 1,000 regular users demanding ever better performance from the application, understanding its actual performance and how to improve it is of paramount importance to the company.
The Solution:
ThyssenKrupp realised that only real user monitoring would allow them to understand application behaviour, measure end user experience and identify areas of the application that might be causing poor performance. To achieve this ThyssenKrupp engaged Triometric and installed the award winning Enterprise Analyzer.
Alex Beet, Triometric Technical Consultant explains: "Enterprise Analyzer measures a whole range of Key Performance Indicators. The product allows ThyssenKrupp to monitor errors, network and server processing times, caching, ISP performance and end to end transaction times for all HFM users.
