By monitoring its 200 licensed Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) users worldwide, Old Mutual has realised time savings; with employees able to keep working and in a timely fashion. The Company has also improved internal customer satisfaction, mitigated the risk of performance glitches and therefore financial reporting failure and ‘sweated its assets’ by avoiding unnecessary hardware investment.
