Thomson Reuters Knowledge Direct controls online financial content distribution with Triometric

Triometric today announced that Thomson Reuters has deployed Web Analyzer, its end user monitoring product, to assess the ongoing efficiency of high-value financial content distribution to clients online via Thomson Reuters Knowledge Direct. Thomson Reuters Knowledge Direct provides access to Thomson Reuters company content directly to customers via industry-tested data files (FTP), XML APIs (HTTP) and Thomson Reuters premium partner channels.


Triometric Web Analyzer provides insight into hits, trends and what clients are looking for allowing  Thomson Reuters Knowledge Direct to maintain its APIs for efficiency while keeping track of contractual agreements and billing.
