Triometric adds comparative reporting and multiple application support to Enterprise Analyzer
19 November 2010 - Application performance monitoring provider enhances Enterprise Analyzer tool that provides real-user testing, monitoring and understanding of enterprise applications such as Cognos, Oracle Hyperion and SAP BPC.
Application performance monitoring provider, Triometric today announced that it has added multiple application support, comparative reporting and colour-coded error categorisation to the latest version of its Enterprise Analyzer tool. Used by organisations such as Mondi, Old Mutual Group and Regus to monitor the real-user experience of enterprise applications such as Cognos, Oracle HFM and SAP, Enterprise Analyzer’s passive packet capture technology is network latency-free and the only tool on the market that can monitor the end user experience to user transaction level.
An important tool for organisations with multiple enterprise applications such as Cognos, Oracle HFM and SAP, version 5.5 of Enterprise Analyzer allows companies to view their enterprise applications individually or grouped. It also offers by-application ‘permissioning’ so that access can be controlled by individual or stakeholder group.
Matthew Goulden, Managing Director at Triometric added, “In addition to this, a new comparative reporting feature allows simple comparison between one set of data and another. For example for a financial application a company will want to compare key processes from one financial quarter to another. At the click of the button, users can bring in similar charts and information by country, day, week, month or any other value captured on a chart axis.”
New colour-coded error categorisation also features in update five. It will make numerical error codes easier to interpret and add intelligence to their status i.e. whether they completed well or not using a ‘traffic light’ system to indicate good, bad or warning.
