Who We Are
Triometric delivers a real-time performance monitoring and business intelligence platform that helps online travel companies manage their API environments and dynamic distribution channels. Our unique technology helps customers capture, analyse and act on large volumes of search and booking data in real-time. Using these insights to manage distribution, inventory and revenue helps our customers stay on top.
The Triometric Team comprises of some of the most skilled computer scientists and analytic experts dedicated to making a difference for our customers. Our offices are located in Surrey close to both central London and Heathrow Airport. We also have close connections to nearby Royal Holloway University of London (RHUL).
Companies we work with include distribution intermediaries such as bed banks and wholesalers and product travel suppliers such as airlines and hotels. Each travel sector and company have unique requirements and our flexible system can be implemented to meet those individual needs. Today we work with some prestigeous names in online travel including
Hotelbeds, GTA and JacTravel. Our solution suite for travel companies has deep roots in enterprise application monitoring for blue chip corporations.
Although we focus on travel, any industry using XML or JSON messaging technology can take advantage of the Trio analytics platform to unlock the value contained in XML data.
We deliver a complete performance monitoring and analytics solution in one platform that’s designed for IT and business users that is easy to deploy and at an affordable price. We deliver our solution in two distinct ways:
- An en-premise solution, called Trio Enterprise, for companies with larger traffic volumes, who want customised reports and comprehensive analysis.
- A cloud based solution, called Trio Express, for growing companies with smaller traffic volumes, where we make it easy to analyse and visualise key performance data using a mix of pre-defined reports and alerts, but without the need to invest in dedicated hardware or to have data specialists on board.
